This is not a place that I would recommend for anyone. Lack of professionalism and heart to care and help patients.

I went to Manet to make company to my mother in law. I was dissapointed with their services. My mother in law does not speak very well english and hoped to check in with the asian lady. She was very rude when we asked to check in and she pointed us to the other check in area. When we were in the waiting, we can see that she treated everyone nicely that can speak very well english. After we were done with the appointment (which we did not feel that the practioner was even sure of what she was saying) we went back to the asian lady as we were not sure where to go again, we were next in the line and she started to help her coworker and have us standing there for a very long time. She only wanted to speak to anyone that speak english. I walked down to where I originally checked in and asked for the difference for the two area. Response that I got was NONE. The nice thing about Manet is able to help people that cannot speak very well english, but the only person able to help was useless.

I went to Manet for years. There were always difficulties with scheduling appointments and rude front desk employees. The last straw came when I was trying to get the school form for my daughter starting kindergarten. I would call, they would promise to send it, it wouldn't get sent, repeat, repeat. Then, they sent part of the information I told them the school needed. After more phone calls, I finally went in and found out that they had never done some of the tests my daughter needed for school. At least they could have called me to let me know so that I wouldn't need to keep calling them and come in. We've switched to a better doctor's office. I asked for our records to be transferred, waited 7 weeks, checked to make sure the records had been received by the new office. I think you can guess how that went. Now, I'll be repeatedly calling them about that! I just want to be done with this place.

The woman at Manet who helped me with my health insurance application was so caring, helpful and informative. I would HIGHLY recommend.

These people are saints. They are right there with anything you need. You can contact them via online and they reply in minutes. They generally care. Anyone who says otherwise just doesn't know better. Highly recommended

The worst patient service in the world, you call them they put you on hold for 20 minutes and when you need them to do something for you it's a hassle! Completely nightmare, don't go to this place I'm switching my primary care to another location, never went thru so many nightmares in my life!
