Our office was right beside Ken's and several associates go to see Rich for all of our car maintenance. Honest, flexible, and excellent work for any type of repair! Though our office has now moved we still go to Rich!
I went to Ken's automotives to get rid of a noise my vehicle was making. Richard who is in charge, took good care of my vehicle. My vehicle is back to normal again.
Dee & Rich the mechanic absolutely saved me! I came to them with an emergency flat tire. Using my roommates car over an hour from West Boylston where we live. No AAA no mom and dad to help with little money in my pocket. Dee was quick to offer suggestions, advice and really genuinely cared about my safety. She called over Rich which was busy but took the time out of his day to help a non educated car man. Thanks so much Kens Automotive! !! I will live by them from no on! It's hard to find people that give a sh** and are fair and good about what they do. They haven't known me for years.. this isn't a favor .
