The station is generally clean and it has enclosed waiting area on the platforms offering commuters protection from inclement weather. The train services however need much improvement to make ridding much safer and comfortable for riders.

A lot better than most MBTA train stations. Tends to get crowded during peak hrs and when the red line is delayed.
Hey it is eazy to get from the station to events at walking distance then if u r hingry u can grab a sandwich
