They charge extra money than other companies do. Never use it
Take your number for what? They sit outside waiting without a call to let you know they are outside. Then when you have a suggestion or complain they hang up on your face. Rude af & have you wait a whole 20-30 when they say it'll only take 10 minutes.
Called for a pick up. Was told 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later after seeing them pick someone else up I call in to ask when my cab will be here. Told that it'll be there when it gets there and to just wait. With that said I called a different cab service.
I was told to wait 10 min! I waited 15 then called and asked when was the taxi coming! The guy on the phone was soooooo rude and said to give it 5 more min! I waited another 5 min and realized its a bs company!
Was bot told there was no cabs in my area instead they told me ten minutes and caused me to be late for work resulting in being fired thanks guys
