I really wish they would make the homeless people who hang out in the storage units overnight leave. Dirty clothes and trash are being left by the front door. The building is incomplete. There are four ceiling tiles missing in my storage unit alone. I was told that they were arriving soon. That was five months ago. Also, I am yet to see any security cameras in the building that my storage unit is in.
Besides that, price is reasonable and front desk is very friendly.

Great experience. The guys where very helpful and friendly. Even gave me a deal I didn't even know about on the unit. Fast and straight forward. I'm glad I chose this company. Easy in and out.
I moved my stuff out yesterday and the two gentlemen who worked there were really friendly and helpful. My checkout was done in a minute. I had my things here for three years and I was always very happy with it. The buildings are always super-clean (even the bathroom!); there's always a dolly by the elevator, and the staff is great.
Ms Susan at this place was great. She had a very nice and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone who like a nice clean place.
