Good pizza, but they didn't salt there fries. Mediocre attitudes.
This place has God AWFUL customer service, and the food is basic. You can get the same anywhere else. I ordered through their personal website, because they aren't up to date by using food ordering apps. There was a huge transaction glitch on their site, where my transaction was declined but I STILL got charged for my order. I called them repeatedly regarding the issue, and without proof of purchase they refused to speak to me and hung up in my face.
We LOVED Tony's house of pizza while visiting Nashville from North Carolina. When we first arrived, we were concerned because the building is on the small side. Our family tried the pizza, the rolls, and a sandwich. They were all incredibly flavorful. We had two small children and one of them dropped a piece of pizza on the floor by mistake. Joey;s staff replaced it free of charge and was very friendly. Highly recommend!

I went down there, and they were still reluctant to acknowledge the fact that their website was crappy. I put bank on the phone, who told them that they did indeed charge me....still nothing. I went there with a person who frequents the place, and who the owner spoke to and knows. But yet he and his bitchy wife still refused to either refund me or give me my food, that I paid for. I never been treated that way anywhere I've dined. There attitude was very disregarding, and all they cared about was their money and not satisfying the customers. And if I went there with a regular customer, it was because they loved that place. But no more, we will no longer recommend them to others, and that was our LAST time dinning at Tony's House of Pizza!!!!!
As far as service goes: A worker blocked outside front door when coming in and was smoking. Also they all weren't too friendly, even after I even gave tip for take out. Asked to turn TV up and they ignored me and when I said thank you when leaving, they ignored me. Weird, but pizza is always good.
The pizza is amazing better than other places and we are very good friend with Tony
