Called 3 times around 2am and didn't pickup. Calls triple a to help call them for me and picks up then doesn't wanna help me and refers me to another towing place. This place is unreliable
These guys are liars and thieves. They towd my truck from the Home Depot lot on Centre St in Quincy claiming they were working as agents for Home Depot. When I pursuded it w Home Depot in Alanta they said said Emergen y was NOT acting as thier agent. They are aware of it and are following up to try to figure out who authorized. Absolutely horrible. Those thieves towed my car from my own complex!!! I was in a legitimate parking spot that had a little snow bank so I had to go about 4 feet into the (barely used) road. Their excuse was that I was parked in "the middle of the road". You could easily fit 2 buses next to my car. Bunch of dirty thieves.
Note that half the cars in my parking lot don't have parking stickers but they never get towed (I obviously have one).
THESE GUYS STOLE MY CAR DURNIG THE REDSOX GAME. It was at a home depot overflow lot. The normal lot had 200 spaces and this 150 with nobody in there!! We parked to take the T WICH IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!! The guy swears there are sings say no parking after such and such but ive got pictures an nothing !! Theyve got a lawsuit coming so the better watch them selves!
