Love this place. Very clean and orderly...most of the time. It would be much better if it wasn't used by homeless for day-shelter! But almost every single library I have been to in and around Boston is the same way.

I found the library to be quiet and useful; yet not digital enough. Friendly staff gave me good directions to catch the bus.

Great service! Very friendly staff, good place to study, job search, or check out something new. Your library card gives you access to lots of services online too! Check out the website!

That aside nice place and wicked cool used bookstore open everyThursday and Saturday for a few hours which is why I gave them 5 stars!

They play by NIMBY rules though, so as long as it isn't in their backyard they don't care.

Awesome, they got it all CDs, movies, books magazines, museum passes etc!!

Terrific staff, beautiful building, lovely seating areas. Second floor IT help personnel exceptional for my "what do I do now " moments at the computer!

Drinking and drugging in bathrooms and constant use tables and outlets to charge phones. That is more of an issue with the Boston area politicians sweeping it under a rug trying to ignore the issues, and putting communities at risk with dangerous individuals around other people's families and their children.
