I also didn't receive any feedback from the owner when I brought these issues to their attention. No follow up at all! They really do not seem to care about the service they provide.
I was new to the Quincy area and was in desperate need of a haircut and a new salon to go to, especially one that wouldn't break the bank. I finally decided to go to Leonardo's after reviewing many other salons. The first time I went Jessica was my stylist. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she cut my long hair into a lob with an undercut. She did an amazing job with the cut and styling and it was exactly what I wanted. The second time I just went in to trim my undercut and have a chevron design added and that was done great too. I will definitely continue to keep going back.
I am extremely happy with the results , price and service. I had bad experiences with a high end salon in Braintree. Leonardos staff and products are just as good with out the "high" price. PSSSTT... don't want to give my secret away but Lynne does an excellent job with blonds! Thank-you Leonardo's!!!!!
She used products with protein on my fine, low porosity hair despite me describing my hair that way. I expected a lesson on my hair care, but her tips were absolutely not right for my hair type. Her poor styling technique left me with a ridiculously uneven cut.
Great customer service and very welcoming! Nicole did an awesome job with my hair and worked with me to get exactly the style I wanted! Super chill. Convenient location. Street parking. Go there.
This was my first time at Leonardo's Salon, and I was so impressed. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk hung up my coat and I was welcomed with a warm neck wrap and offered a cup of coffee while I waited for my stylist to finish with his client. Not only did Marc cut and color my hair exactly as we discussed but he also has a great personality and was so fun to talk to. I'm new to the Quincy area and I'm so thankful I found Marc at Leonardo's Salon.
They advertise Devacurl cuts with Jessica, but CURLY GIRLS BEWARE!! By her own admission, she is not passionate about curly hair, doesn't serve a majority curly clientele, and got trained merely at the request of the salon owner. I paid a premium price for the name "devacut", and Jessica's service wasn't worth it at all.
I didn't ask for a lot of length off, just to take out the side sweep & asymmetry, so I feel like I asked for something simple & didn't get it. I felt like my appointment must have been rushed because Jessica was late to the appointment & had another customer waiting.
