I love this gym. The owner has experience in personal training and therefore knows what people want and need in a gym. His trainers come with a wealth of knowledge and work with clients to provide individualized workouts tailored to meet their needs and abilities. Multiple classes are offered for small or large group exercise throughout the day and evening. Come in and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed!
I love this gym. Everything you need. Great staff as well. This gym has become my home base when it comes to training. I'll be a member for a long time. Highly recommended
Top-notch staff. You could not ask for a better gym in Quincy. Excellent trainers and an extremely dedicated owner! (Yeah Dwayne!!) The priority here is always the members, from the classes to the equipment to the all the extras. I wish I could give LIFE more stars!
IMO this is the BEST GYM AROUND. I have been here since day one (in this building) and have seen a lot of changes. Some good, mostly bad. But, when it became Life all bets were off. The place is incredible. I couldn't imagine working out at another gym. It's a mix of old school hard core training equipment, new age equipment, classes, nutrition, etc... You name it, they've got it!!
