Very messy and smelly, especially in the fish and seafood section. Great if you want to have a Chinese food shopping experience. The parking lot can be difficult to maneuver and sometimes backs up traffic onto the main street.
The Supermarket is clean but they don't have the kind of seafood that we always buy like milk fish ,red snapper and other deep sea fish. We like the supermarket now that the parking space is wider it's easier to park.
There is lots of flies eating the produce, the workers throwing away the bad produce are unaware of their surroundings, Plus a wet floor and occasionly wet bad produce on the floor to welcome you. I totally didn't like this.
4 stars and not 5 because the parking lot is a bit tight and exiting you can only turn right, which can be inconvenient. Other than that, the market has a good selection of east and south east asian produce/herbs, spices, and sauces. The prices I find are a bit cheaper than the prices you would find across the street at the other Asian market 'Kam Man.'
I have been going to this store since they opened, but today I was very disappointment, I am all about consumer service and lets say I did not have a pleasant experience at the fish section. I was told "no" by two different man working at the fish department, that I couldn't have boneless Salmon cut in 4 pieces, instead the second man wanted me to buy Salmon steak with bones that I was not interested in. But even worse the man told me "no" and just turned around and went back to what he was doing. So I rather spend couple extra $$ per lbs and have excellent costumer service, than to experience this form of disrespect. I work with people every day and I go above and beyond to provide the best consumer service possible, it gets under my skin when I receive none in return.
