The service was terrible because yesterday around 2:23 I lost my wallet at bjs at the cashier. I went back to ask them they all denied that they saw a wallet. When I noticed it I called the manager and he said that he would check on the surveillance cameras. Later that day I went to bjs again and found out that he still haven't checked and said that he would check it right now. After 20 mins he came back and told me many different excuses that made me feel he was very careless about the situation that I took my wallet with me but I'm sure that I left my wallet there since I didn't go anywhere after that. If you did look at the camera then why did you tell me so many different excuses that wasn't true. Did he want to protect the company's benefits or did he want to protect someone's benefits or? Therefore I'm really upset about the way that he managed this situation.
