Undercarriage spray didn't even start until i was half way in. In my opinion, in New England, in winter cleaning off salt from the under carriagd is the main reason for a car wash...ugg
the self serve stalls are nice and clean with new equipment so it's easy and painless to use.
I love this place because you drive up, stick your debit card in a kiosk, pull into a stall, and sit there while a robot washes you car. (i.e., it's not the kind that pulls you through on a conveyor belt, but it does all the work for you and you don't have to get out of the car.) They also have DIY stalls. It falls short of 5 stars because something is wrong with the final rinse & dry quality. The back end of my car ends up with dried water drips. Clean, but visible dried-up drip marks.
